Pilgrim Songs On the King's Highway is a very rare book of poetry compiled by an obscure English author named W. James Wintle, known mostly for his book on the Armenian genocide and a small book of ghost stories for children. Mostly religious poems, this book also has many beautiful prints of famous religious iconography.

Very possibly a first edition. Printed at Riverside Press, Edinburgh by the publisher "John Ouseley Limited," somewhere around the year 1910.

Good condition, though back page slightly torn and binding frail. Pages are in exceptional condition. Page edges have gold gilt and cover is a soft light leather (perhaps cowhide) with gold gilt inset lettering.
