If fun and vintage are both things that you appreciate then look no further than this whimsical multi-coloured glass seed beaded circa 1920s handbag, a reticule complete with twisted silk drawstring handle.

Lots of time and labour went into making this very unique handbag.  Many multiple beads make up the outer shell of this purse, creating a cheerful pattern of colours. 

A yellow satin once lined the interior of this accessory but time and use has removed it, leaving only fragments of the yellow material around the interior of the bag opening.  The amazing beadwork  looks great despite this. Completed with the original long silk twist cord handle, this purse is a rare find and is ready to make a happy one of a kind fashion statement with you.

A wonderful collector's piece, it would also look stunning preserved in a well appointed shadow box.

This bag measures:
- Approximately 23" (58.5cm,585mm) tall, including handle and scalloped beaded trim on bottom.
- 8" (20.25cm, 202.5mm) Tall bag, without trim or handles included.
- 5.25" (13.5cm, 135mm) Wide purse body.
- Beading is in good condition, but a few beads have been lost and there is some wear inside the bag commensurate with age.
